To best appreciate your kopi luwak we recommend that you use a coffee siphon.
Hario are the 'Rolls Royce' of coffee siphons.
Coffee siphons use a small spirit burner placed beneath the lower chamber to heat water which eventually rises up the central tube to the coffee in the upper chamber. Once all the water has traveled to the top chamber it is stirred and the heat extinguished; as the lower chamber cools the pressure falls and the coffee flows back down into the lower chamber.
Siphons produce a bright, clean tasting coffee that is very smooth and easy to enjoy.
